Summit Farms is committed to the health and welfare of our animals. Our standard operating procedures are based on modern, sustainable, and scientific processes and are audited for compliance. These procedures are designed specifically to promote animal health, comfort, and wellbeing.

Our employees participate in the Beef Quality Assurance Program in effort to maintain our focus on producing a safe and wholesome beef supply. Summit Farms additionally promotes humane practices in raising, handling, and housing pigs through the Pork Quality Assurance and Transport Quality Assurance programs. Summit Farms takes great pride in the integrity of our animal welfare standards, and we constantly strive to ensure the wellbeing of each animal in our care.
